Pure Infusion began in 2018 as Pure Infusion Suites, co-founded by BUILD to give patients a better place to receive infusion therapy than a hospital outpatient department. It opened its first clinic in Billings, Montana in 2019 and announced a $40 million financing that October.
As Pure Healthcare, the company was ranked Utah's fastest-growing company by MWCN in 2024 and by Utah Business in 2025. In November 2025 it merged with AleraCare in partnership with Hildred Capital, and in May 2026 it launched the Pure Infusion brand from a new headquarters in Sandy, Utah.
The office co-founded Pure and has served it in operating roles and on its board. FDEV-built tools are in use across Pure's centers.
